At Better Living Pets, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. Because our products are food items, we handle returns differently to ensure safety and freshness.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If your pet doesn’t love our products, reach out within 14 days of delivery. While we cannot accept returns on opened items, we’re happy to offer a store credit or one-time replacement, depending on the situation.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items. This helps us maintain the highest quality and safety standards for all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or shipment.
